wetsuits
Does anybody have fall wetsuit recommendations? The suits I have make me cold when the wind evaporates the water from the surface.

I'm guessing that there are almost as many opinions on this are there are wetsuits. You said "fall" as opposed to "winter" or "cold water" wetsuits. You also said "wet" suit, as opposed to "dry suit".
If you're looking for fall wet suit, find one with smooth rubber skin on the outside surface, rather than the fabric surface, which holds and then evaporates water as you mentioned. You probably are looking for at least a 5/4 'steamer' for the colder weather. The iwindsurf forums will probably have lots of discussions on different suits. Coincidently, Casey, on the Reef Warriors site, just had a posting on cold weather gear.
A lot of guys are going to the baggy Drysuits, like the O'Neill Boost. A lot of guys also like the hybrid suits like the O'Niell Assault.
Don't know if any of that helps. I haven't found the perfect suit myself. Maybe someone will chime in with a suggestion?
