Windsurfing & Stand-Up Paddleboarding in Michigan

I made it around 2 plastic hinges that were left over from a bimini top installation on my boat. The harness slides between the hinges and brackets and a plastic plate I cut from a kitty litter box.

Brian,

The plastic panel didn't bother my back at all but I had a pretty thick wetsuit on.  I'll probably glue a thin piece of neoprene over the panel for spring and summer sailing where I'll be wearing less.

Henry,

I like this, especially the way you can adjust the angle.  I'd like to make one out of carbon and a temp one with adjustable angle would allow me to find the angle I like.

Does the plastic panel hurt your back?
