Rig in the parking lot near the lighthouse; there's a trail through the woods off the north circle turnaround; launch outside (north) of the breaker wall, or inside if it's NW-N and want some flat water to play in. No rocks to worry about, until you get near the point well N of the breakers - gets dangerous up that way.
