I hope to get up to Torch Lake this summer. I am a teacher so I have the summer off so I can get up there sometime. Where do you sail in the UP? Do you have a place in Eastport that you stay so you can sail there? Hopefully things work out that I might get a camping, windsurfing adventure. I love sailing clear lakes like Torch. Feels like you are in the topics somewhere. I have sailed Higgins Lake and it is clear and blue like Torch.

Welcome! I live in Whitehall MI and have wanted to sail Torch lake all my life. Maybe this summer. Where do you launch? I recently found a web cam on torch which makes me want to sail there even more.
