Ha ha! Michael, I am glad you were able to get a good laugh out of this. This kind of nonsense helps pass the time when we have no wind. ...I am not giving up, but next time I might consider wearing my helmet.

I could no longer control my urges, and have so stolen the video.   Tell the police I will not resist arrest.

You're a creative genius Michael!  I think we could take that show to Las Vegas.  Now I just have to convince Dan's wife, Lori, to join Jeannie, and then convince both of them to wear a show-girl costumes.

You know what would keep the board stable (and make the trick insanely more challenging)?   Two people doing cartwheels simultaneously...one starting on each end.

Thanks for making me laugh so hard first thing this snowy Friday morning.  I'm not sure what was funnier...Will, Jeannie, or the dog yawning.

Hopefully you'll get some more sessions in before you're iced out.  We're fortunate that the ocean does not freeze over, though we lose our bays, which takes a few wind directions away from us.

May we all get back out there soon!

Thanks Michael!  All puffins are welcome on MI Windsurfing.   While our waters will soon turn to solid state, we'll be watching you guys courageously (crazily?) sail through the winter months.

Jeannie's wrist problems prevented her from attempting the great feat this past season, but who knows - maybe next year.

This video is absolutely brilliant!   While I'm not actually a Michigan windsurfer I felt the need to join the club so I could applaud this video.  Bravo!  And Brava to Jeanie for her courageous attempts!

Thanks for sharing this!

Stay tuned for part II next season. (Jeannie selected that soundtrack.)

Jeannie needs a more stable board to conquer this extreme maneuver, I think a board with a centerboard would really help. I could let her use one of mine if she wants. And a new soundtrack may help also.
