Lit Again at Blue Lagoon 10/1/2011
Great turn today at Blue Lagoon! Lucky for those who missed yesterday completely or only caught the end, the wind stuck around all day with a base around 20 and gusts ranging from 29-38. Better yet, it was sunny, and yes the water is still warm. The voodoo chop made you pay attention, but those who got through it enjoyed the swells that built on the outside. There were 14 or 15 sailors and quite a few kites. Guys mostly on 4.0m and 4.5m, another 3.5m 68L day for me. Glad the Cass regulars came to try it out. Hope you had fun. BL doesn't have fancy facilities, but we have cat tails and, thanks to Jeff, a campfire!
