We use iwindsurf, and noaa.gov, but I don't know what the west side guys use for each location. I know they sail Oval Beach and Gun Lake, and if you want to drive, Little Sable Point is great on a sunny day (thermals). I can try to get back to you on some of this, but you should ping Andrew Schiedler, who is in your area, and Roman, in Chicago. You should find them on the members page. I know there's an active group out there, and I'd like to hear more from them myself.
